Shipping Information

We try to ship all orders within 1-2 working days, 5-10 days to deliver. Note: All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

Our primary ground courier is UPS. We do not charge any additional handling fees. Please note that your shipping cost is calculated on-line using an integrated UPS shipping module using an annual negotiated discounted rate. Please note that our UPS on-line quotes are estimated based on weight and volume calculations. We reserve the right to change shipping charges. If this occurs you will be contacted for approval before your order is processed.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with anything you order from Fountain of Life/The Green Tea Company. If for any reason you are not, please email us at Vicky.fountainoflife@gmail.com and we will facilitate any returns.

Cancelled/Refused Orders

If you decide to cancel or refuse any part of your order after it has been shipped, please note that you will be responsible for the full amount of round trip shipping and handling charges.
